He also fixed my Oops errors with regard to ensuring I was getting the best pricing for the website builder package I was trying to work with. Once all was set up, he walked me through using the website builder. I’m far from a technical person and Charles made it easy for me to understand what I needed to do to get what I needed done - and dare I say - he may have even fixed some of the problems I may have created among my domains in the past because of my lack of knowledge!
