The rep I spoke to knew what needed to be done to resolve (or, at least, begin to resolve) an issue I have transferring a domain. He also told me about .ai & .art without giving a hard-sell. Good experience speaking with this person.

I paid Go Daddy £200 so far and so far after 1 month and having called support 5 times and three changes to DNS settings without any other interference or support from anywhere else they still haven't been able to make my website work properly. Each agent tells me the previous settings were not complete or incorrect. Then each time they change the settings I have to wait another 48 hours. I have had to put all my marketing on hold for one month now and this is affecting my business, On requesting something in return for that loss they said they have done all they can!

Godaddy ís the "go to" company for domain matters. These are often multi-year or even lifetime agreements so you need a stable and trustworthy partner in these fields. And Godaddy has never let me down. I can totally recommend them! Cheers!

I'm completely new to selecting a website provider, creating a website and getting it online. I'm not an IT person. The process was not 'simple', but GoDaddy did have helpful videos and (more important) helpful people. I needed to get help twice. The chat help was very good and we got my first problems resolved. Then, I needed assistance with my account. That was a phone support person, who was superb: patient, very knowledgeable and kind. I don't think any website provider could have given me better support, as I have started this process. Thanks!
