I did not understand how to "go live" on the website. I mean, the gentleman who turned over the "controls" to me did explain. He did an excellent job explaining it too, it's just that I didn't feel confident in actually doing it. I thought I was going to mess it up. So I spoke with Stephanie first, who did help me out, calmed my fears, and made the site go live. But I had to call back because I forgot to tell her I needed it to go from a .com site to a .org site. Sophia did that link up for me. Thank you for ALL of your help with this. Every business should use GoDaddy service as a model .... you can always speak with a live human when you call and they are very knowledgeable with troubleshooting and helping with issues. Phone support is HUGE to me! I have several accounts with GoDaddy as I manage several different businesses and it's always a pleasure to work with them.

They do not tell you all the costs associated with setting up a website at the beginning. They add bits you discover you need bit by bit so the cost rises and rises gradually once you are caught in their trap.
