We have been with GoDaddy for over 20 years --- had some gal create a new website for us at great cost and she created it on square space, where you can never get a person on the phone - it's all through chat, when I learned they could not migrate it to Godaddy, I didn't care because of the great customer service Godaddy has given me over the years.... I signed up and paid the money for GoDaddy to create our new site that is still pending (only because my Mom passed) because that money is well spent because I ALREADY KNOW GoDaddy knows how to take care of their customers and are always there for me!!

My wife spent three and a half hours on their customer service chat, repeatedly stating her problem to agents, only to be referred to A.I chatbot, only to state the problem again, where it is picked up by another agent and sent back to a.i.- Are there any consequences for these employees simply hanging up on a problem?- Why must the problem be restated ad infinitum, isn't there a history where they can see the problem. We were polite the whole time and were given the run around presumable for no other reason than the employees didn't have an answer to the problem, it's simply too easy for them to flick you to a.i. I think it's the worst customer experience I've ever seen.

I was buy some domians from godaddy account when my domains started rank then godaddy team suspend my account and take all domains and relist domain on high price so my opinion is that if you want to get secure bussines then you want to move other compeny like as hostinger and namecheap etc

These guys are absolute thieves!! Never register your domain address with GoDaddy. We lost our domain name because of their stupid mistakes and I don't even think what they've done is legal.1. Domain was registered up till 24/7/2024 and they emailed the client in March 2024 saying that their domain name is up for sale.2. Domain was up for renewal and no emails were sent. Early July they sent an email saying that the card payment needed to be updated but nothing about domain expiring.3. Domain expired and client noticed it 23/8/2024 (30 days later). So, we renewed it yesterday for 5 years and they took around $103 AUD from the clients bank account. However, the domain didn't renew and got stuck on expired. We reached out to them 3 times on live chat and got told to wait 12-24 hours.4. Today 2PM AEST time, we called them and none of their staff could resolve the issue and asked us to wait till 6 AM Arizona time for their Headquarters to come back to work. During this phone call, I tried to renew the domain via PAYPAL for 1 year $23.95 AUD and payment went through. But this time the domain address completely disappeared from their Domains dashboard. Even their own staff on the phone didn't know what happened and where it went.At 6PM AEST i called them again and this time they said there is another provider/registrant who got the domain name (drop.com.au). So, we raised the question of, how on earth did this person got the domain name when they didn't have the transfer code, access to clients email's, and approved transfer (.com.au domain extension). My client also had 2FA installed so she had to sign me in to have a look so they bypassed 2FA as well.GoDaddy did nothing about it and asked if I wanted to dispute...like it matters when it's all over.So, basically these thieves took our $103 + $23.95 AUD and the new owner got the domain and also paid up-front for him/her for 6 years.We had a look at the activity logs for the emails and no one else has signed in. This leaves with only 1 possible option. Someone from GoDaddy internally stole the domain address or/and allowed the transfer.

Skillful customer service operators are priceless at these times and GoDaddy's Mr Sheraz is one of their best. Since 2008 I never been disappointed with the service I have received from GoDaddy.
