Awful business. I didn't manage to get my domain transfered to another company before it expired and was bought by godaddy. Now they're trying to charge me £94 to buy it. Such an awful business ethos. I'm sure it makes them a lot of money but it's a poor way to run a business.

In my own companies I teach that it is not enough to give your customer great service; great service has to be delivered with GREAT ATTITUDE! When I called for support asking questions that probably made it clear that I'd caused the problem I was trying to solve all by myself, the rep that was assisting me named Pooja was 100% patient with me as she walked me through the steps to get my problem solved was absolutely wonderful and totally patient and courteous with me.

Woke up to a problem with my 365 accounts, while one logged back in successfully, the other refused the MFA, customer service parroted the same "you need to login", except I cannot, it needs a 365 admin to clear the MFA markers. Four hours, numerous chat windows, as if one didnt know they would dump it.GoDaddy ? I would rather go to hell
