Just did some customer service on my 4 websites and it was the best experience ever! Jacob knew his stuff and directed me to get the absolute best results possible. I have never had an issue with any GoDaddy products or personnel.

I recently joined a very small startup. We don't have a "tech" person, so I have reached out to GoDaddy several times regarding setting up an email and several other questions. Their team has always been knowledgeable and friendly with short wait times. I would definitely recommend them

Why is my domain for sale, I I just bought domain not long ago, and i went to click went to preload with information itsays it is for sale. This is not suppossed to happen. How can you fix that. My domain is not even 4months old.

I was pleasantly surprised when the GoDaddy agent who contacted me outlined two scenarios for proceeding with making changing my account, and agreed that now was not a good time for any drastic changes. That was after he went into the details including prices. I felt I was in very good hands. He was knowledgeable and not at all pushy.

I called Godaddy and had a very helpful representative by the name of Ivory who was very pleasant. Ivory was able to assist me with my issue of getting logged back into my account and assisting with my other request. Ivory also was very informative and patience. I was able to hear Ivory smile through the phone, I love their customer service representatives at GoDaddy, they always go above and beyond my expectations!

I can get Internet based services from any number of companies, to include GoDaddy. What makes the difference is the support after the sale. That boils down to the company representative that assists me. The GoDaddy representative was easy to communicate with. We spoke the same language. The GoDaddy rep was very knowledgeable about GoDaddy's systems and services, and he was resolve my technical and administrative issues quickly. He also gave me great information about additional GoDaddy services that our company can utilize. The GoDaddy representative was properly trained and made the difference when it mattered.
