Super sleazy, GoDaddy is always pushing sales on you. Been with them over 10 years and stuck since I don't want to loose my email history. Ugh. Agents are spotty. Was told by a Sr agent on 9/24/24 that there's an internal regional switch making confusion. Chat takes 20+ mins to START and those agents are clueless. Call agent gave wrong info. Sent ME a long form to get an exception refund for a mistaken domain renewal. Instructions they gave to do that were WRONG. Steps didn't match most current interface OF THEIR OWN SITE. Duh. Called a 2nd time and new agent said old was wrong. They CAN refund it for me vs me. This agent was nice but interrupted me a zillions times. SO ANNOYING.

GoDaddy's tech support is almost always very good. But GoDaddy has ruined my email experience by valuing its relationship with Microsoft higher than its relationship with me.

I'm glad they reached out to customers because it's hard to let them know a problem. I got some resolved on our website but since we have two websites it didn't get all resolved. Just let them know if you do pay for the service, you'll get shut off after 10 years.
