Godaddy is a big scammer they keep the good domain itself when it expires or sometimes even if you buy the domain they don't provide it to you they do it multiple times with me and my friends

Ashely was such a fantastic help. I've had various issues with GoDaddy with one of their guides giving out wrong information which lead to lots of delays and problems. But my most recent call with Ashely was amazing with 3 1/2 hrs of guidance on the phone taking me through the steps to set up my email accounts. I cannot praise him enough.

Godaddy is great, everything you need in one place to help you get your business going, they've thought of almost everything, I say almost because there's always room for improvement. Just a few things that come to mind atm with the email marketing, doesn't appear to be a way to insert fields such the recipients, company name as you would in a mailmerge. Also the email looks good on the mobile but on the pc/laptop it comes up quite narrow in the middle of the email, ok as an advertising type email but I wanted to make the email look more like a natural email. Only putting it on here as couldn't see where to put feedback on your website other then calling you of course.

Total loss of multi thousand dollar product/page due to GoDaddy trying to use 15 yr old email to contact me with expiration. Also many add on costs to existing sites that were costing zero.

Go Daddy was there from inception to publish. Every person involved was very professional. If they didn't know the answer, they knew who to send me to. I would have liked a little more content help with my blog, but the tutorials were enough to get me started. Mine was complex, but they also have simple and straightforward designs for everybody.
