first, they ask you to try the pro subscription for one month after they charge, that's not true they will deduct from your account the next minute, and no matter the reason you request for refund! they reject saying they are not eligible !!! less than 10 minutes I request a refund !! then after filling the information, building data etc they request an account (mobile number verification, all countries available unless ( United Arab Emirates ) !!! and I leave here! so can't verify the number, because the code of UAE does not exist in the drop list, finally the amazing support team! needs hours , keeps, asking me to troubleshoot which I tried my self, then keeps you hold and waiting, it's just wastes time and money,, Such Scam Bravo.
