By far the best experience, I’ve had building a website and thanks to the technicians involved. I was able to connect my email and verified that everything was up and running perfectly. How do you do is go back in tweak the website and put in professional photos.

I was transferring my domain to Wordpress and CS was very helpful. Not pushy. Just helpful. I was very pleased with this service.

Every time I have called for help, I have always been treated kindly. This last call I was in panic mode as I am not a tech savvy person and my website went down due to a missed payment after my father in law passing away (he purchased domain names for my nonprofit) the gentleman helping me today was creative and able to get our website up and running again in a hop skip and a beat and I cannot be more thankful! That man deserves a raise!

first, they ask you to try the pro subscription for one month after they charge, that's not true they will deduct from your account the next minute, and no matter the reason you request for refund! they reject saying they are not eligible !!! less than 10 minutes I request a refund !! then after filling the information, building data etc they request an account (mobile number verification, all countries available unless ( United Arab Emirates ) !!! and I leave here! so can't verify the number, because the code of UAE does not exist in the drop list, finally the amazing support team! needs hours , keeps, asking me to troubleshoot which I tried my self, then keeps you hold and waiting, it's just wastes time and money,, Such Scam Bravo.

The tech Jose gave clear & concise directions to edit my website menu buttons. And he also tested the update on his end to see if the new name would fit with my theme. Every time I have an issue GoDadddy support & tech staff are knowledgeable and patient as they teach me about all the amazing website features.

Fantastic service. The agent spent over an hour wit me, helping me solve some problems, go over all my domains, helped me turn of auo renew for the ones i wont really use, proactivel made suggestion hen implemented changes, walked me though problems logging in - basically the kind of hig-quality, personal service you wished you could have every time.
