Top notch company, product and people in every respect. Just got off the phone w/ customer service, and as always it was a very pleasant experience. I had a billing/account issue and a technical problem, and the account rep did his piece then solved the tech problem without another call, and friendly as could be the whole time.

This Company sell Domain names that they do not own and never transfer them. If you call they either disconnect or just pass you round and round. Do not deal with them the whole business is a fraud. And refunds are nigh on impossible. Go daddy responded on Trustpilot No email sent to me another indication of how this Company lies

I have not had a good experience with GoDaddy's Domain Broker Service. After paying the (low) three-digit base fee and a brief contact with customer service, I heard nothing for a month. When I inquired, I was told that the domain owner had not responded to numerous contact attempts and that they were now giving up on trying to reach him.Unfortunately, it remains completely unclear to the customer how and through which channels GoDaddy is trying to contact the domain owner, and GoDaddy is unwilling to disclose the contact details used for this. This lack of transparency leads me to suspect that only minimal effort is being made to send generic messages through the domain owner's central public contact channels. This, of course, leads to nothing, and the money spent on it could be saved. I expected more from this service.

I spoke with Brian with customer support and he was very helpful in figuring out how to solve my error code issue. He needed me to put a trace route on my laptop and he sent me instructions on how to do this. He then waited on the line for me to do it and talk me through the steps. I was impressed with how patient and personable he was. 5 stars!!

This is used to be a great company. Now, the worst vendor I have to deal with until I move away. Their support is awful. They used to have humans and phones when they were amazing and gained their reputation. They want to cut their service, but prices don't come down.
