I went to try and manage the DNS on my domains and they literally kept forcing me to sign up for some AI website crap. Now I have to get my client involved to remove all this shit that they are subscribed to.I HATE TECH COMPANIES that force you into stuff in order to access other stuff. Are they that desperate for sales??? THEY TRY TO WEASEL YOU INTO STUFF YOU DON'T WANT OR NEED.

Godaddy autorenewed an account that was never used. Opened in 2018. muskokarepairs.com Autorenewal was October 15, 2024. Cost me $108. I called then on October 23, 2024 to cancel and refund. I was told that I was too late (needed to call by October 20, 2024). Spent over two hours with agent navigating through various hoops to apply for this $108 refund and finally gave up due to the insanity involved. It should have been simple but Godaddy went out of their way to make refund application as complicated as possible to the point that it was impossible. Garbage provider in my opinion. Will never use them again and hope to tell at least 40 work colleagues of my experience. After three days, I received a reply from Godaddy with a link to recovering my domain. The issue had nothing to do with recovering. It was all about cancelling and obtaining a refund which they have yet to understand. Very frustratting.
