If you are not proficient, seek a different hosting site. I’m older: can’t figure out all the features enough to even sell anything. I signed up for payments and took a payment on my phone. They have held $750 now for 26 days.Go elsewhere!!

I've been using GoDaddy for a while for various domains. Experience is very average... naturally there isn't much choice when it comes to purchasing domains though.VERY ANNOYING to find that I've basically been ripped of on FOREX for all of my payments which GoDaddy CLAIMS I am being charged for in GBP (e.g. it says this will cost you £X) but then when I check statements, its actually being charged in USD and I'm getting shafted on the exchange rate.To the extent that Im being charged more in GBP than USD, even though the pound is stronger.Not impressed... very difficult to find anything online to help

Go Daddy and their staff are really very great. I am 69 years old and can work with them when there’s a dilemma and today they did a fantastic job. It turned out. It wasn’t my fault their system and needed to be updated for my particular account and they handled it and I’m very very happy.
