My experience of Big Rock has been completely positive. As well as hosting other sites, I recently had to transfer a domain from GoDaddy. The process didn't work as expected, so I needed to seek support from both sites. GoDaddy's customer support was poor - they would frequently drop out of live chats and phone calls, and it took about eight attempts and several hours to identify the issue on their end. Big Rock on the other hand respond to live chats within minutes and are extremely helpful and polite. I would highly recommend Big Rock.
