I purchased a Domain And Had an issue but Not Resolved .And No Reference Number was given to Me for My Request.The WAiting time for a refund is 15 days oh my God.I login to Godaddy and Purchased the Same Domain In a Few clicks.

Why hasn’t support provided any updates? I submitted a link to a video recording in the ticket, but it seems to be taking forever.

After much evaluation and today, after 2 years of using it, I can say that Big Rock's email and website storage service has the best cost-benefit ratio on the market, in addition to an excellent support service. Everyone is quick, polite and efficient in their responses. Today I had a technical difficulty that was resolved by JOSÉ's analysis. Thank you very much.

I had to go online and use the chat function on a Sunday to get information to make sure that Big Rock was in fact, my new domain name host and not bluehost, because bluehost tried to renew my domain though I transferred it three months ago… I waited 20 minutes before anybody at bluehost helped me on chat, but Big Rock responded within two or three minutes. Excellent customer service, and it seems like I made the right decision to move from bluehost to Big Rock.

This website is a scam for your money. I had turned off auto renewal for my account yet they turned it back on multiple times and they directly sent me an invoice for a payment without any prior notificiations. None of the customer service members are any help, just repeating the same copy paste text over and over. They keep urging me to sell the account or keep it for another year when all I asked was for a simple refund that they denied outright saying I was aware of the transaction beforehand which I was not. I would never recommend this website to anyone wanting to make domains, they're a scam.
