I am a beginner user! I was updating functions within my website and came across a problem. I reached out to the helpdesk and Emily was so helpful. I don't know the correct terminology for everything but Emily was still able to help assist and fix my problem. I was back in and updating and accidentally reset all of my settings. I reached out to Emily, and she came to the rescue once again! Her expertise and excellent customer service helped me through my process. The support bot was not helpful at all. However, once a representative joined the chat, they did their best to address my issue. Despite their efforts, I couldn't achieve full resolution due to some limitations with Big Rock. I am still unable to renew one of my services for a year, and the client might cancel the plan. Additionally, I cannot change the main domain setting on my premium hosting plan yet. Here’s the response I received:"Since your domain is currently on a 24-month cycle and hasn't expired, it can't be renewed early for a shorter period. You will need to change the billing cycle first and enable auto-renewal.""At the moment, it's not possible to change the main domain associated with your hosting plan. Please note that the main domain listed on the hosting plan does not affect your websites or hosting service; it merely indicates the first domain connected to the hosting."In summary, I had to say the the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable about the services.

Big Rock is a scam website, so I will never recommend buying domains or hosting from them. Even if someone submits a report against you, they will block your domains and hosting and not provide you with a backup. They scammed with me 3k$ and even not sharing my sites backup
