HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEThey are slow, they talk in circles.. and they will charge your bank even when your card is cancelled for fraud charges. They will not refund

I just sent 2 screenshots which I thought could explain my problem and boom!! the agent had full understood what i was after explaining available solutions and alternatives i didn't think of!

Our experience with Big Rock has been unfortunately, BAD, especially since we moved to the servers in Brazil, the service has been terrible from the beginning, the guys are not committed to help solve simple things, they send links, and do not care to really help. We will continue using it, until the contract runs out, but we DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

At first, because I was used to a different type of admin panel, I couldn't figure out how to configure my site. I contacted Support and they were very patient and kind until they solved my problem.Compared to other admins, such as cPanel, Big Rock's (hPanel) is a bit confusing. However, everything works as expected.

Navigating some of the features is tricky and I have had time wasted to figure things out, or get some things to update and work properly. However, I got on with support, and the help was incredible. The person was patient, genuinely working to understand my issue, and walked me through the things I didn't understand. 10 out of 10 I would recommend based on the support alone.

Host services keeps on changing from time to time to give users a better performance. So For those that need uninterrupted host services that which they can use for their small and large business, you should think about stick to Big Rock. We have been there for years with 0 complains.

The ability to use either the website or an app for emails has made it convenient for us as a business to use hostiger. Email space and subscriptions for Titan space is a big issue on the other hand.
