Appalling. Sold a webdomain (.ch) which I have owned via namecheap previously. I immediately get an email from Switch stating that I need to provide a Swiss address. There was no warning of this during the process. I contacted Big Rock within 5 minutes. But was told there was no help and no refund.Update - following this review Big Rock have issued a refund.

Pricing is fair. Services they offer are vast. I Love the choices that you Have with Big Rock.

i can tell the help team is not so smart to understand the problem cause i've reached them 4 times and they only understood the last time the problem but apart from that the host works well and it is vey intuitive and most of all FAST, even the response you get are fast and you can make a web page in very short short time.
