Please consider enhancing the server performance. I'm not providing this feedback casually; it's a genuine concern. The hosting service I was familiar with three years ago has undergone significant changes in terms of performance and support services. When I reach out to the support team regarding speed and loading issues, they often attribute the problem to the website's structure rather than the server. While I understand that website structure plays a crucial role in speed, some factors like initial server response time are beyond our control as developers.This isn't related to the hosting plan I'm using, as I've tried Business Pro, Wordpress Pro, and Cloud Startup plans. Despite these challenges, I'm still giving Big Rock a 5-star review because of the significant improvements I've witnessed since 2019. I want to emphasize that to stay competitive in the hosting game, further attention to server performance is essential.

Big Rock AI website builder is a trash. I also call it a scam. What I've learnt from trying their service is, they're just having some premade templates. Then according to the prompt, the are searching and adding images in the templates. I felt suspicious from the beginning when I saw in YouTube that the AI is working suspiciously fast! Building an website with something like AI can't be that fast!Now let's talk about their prompt system. They have a word limit in their prompt input which is the worst thing according to me. We all know that in case of AI the larger the prompt, the better the output will be. But limiting user on prompt is the biggest red flag of an AI.What happened to me?Why am I talking about this?yesterday, I tried to build my portfolio website with this service. at first I tried to give a full explanation about how my website will look. I tried to make it a little creative but soon my word limit finished & I couldn't enter any more prompt. Anyway, I somehow managed to summarize my prompt within the words & entered. but I was really disappointed after watching the result. It was nothing like what I've expected. It was a regular portfolio website with some random images and texts. This is not an AI. This is not even near to an AI. It's fake. It's a scam.

The worst service ever.. Before I bought the host, they were nice and responded to conversations within 4 minutes, but after buying the host for two years, no one responded in 10 or 20 minutes to chat anymore. Sometimes I waited more than 40 minutes without any response.Working on the hosting is very complicated, the site constantly stops and I have to wait hours for the problem to be solved.. I lost a lot of my sites’ ranking in Google.It also has a lot of security problems. Websites are constantly hacked 500% more than any other server.
