Technical support is much better at Big Rock than my previous company.

I've been using Big Rock for a year and I'm really happy with the setup, though I've not had to contact the company directly. The user interface is very easy to master and their newbie deals are excellent.

My website has been down for weeks - unable to contact anybody in customer service due to their "no phone but ^more support^ policy". No response by email and their AI chat bot is terrible. Outages seem to be common with no way to fix ... avoid!

I recently transferred my websites from Bluehost to Big Rock. I must admit I was nervous because of the type of support offered. I have been happy with the migration process and the price. My renewal for Bluehost would have been approximately $460.00 for twelve months on a plan that offered up to 100 websites. My cost for unlimited websites for one year on Big Rock was less than $70.00. I had a lot of questions and concerns, today I spoke with Santiago. (Not spoke, but texted.) He answered my questions and provided the necessary information quickly. I was impressed.

The Services are very good! Support have there limitations but are very helpful in guiding you the right process to get your job done. !!!!! This last support person taught me how to use SSH and stayed with me till my complexed issue was resolved. 10 Stars for him!
