I have been using Big Rock for a while now (about 2.5 years now), mainly for domains, but I do also use their other services.While I have encountered problems as I progress, the support from Big Rock has been like nothing else! (In a good way!)I have never had an issue last longer than a few hours and when they do solve it, they are very informative and explain things very well.I really couldn't recommend them enough, they are also constantly improving and optimising their control panel in ways that help with site management.

Their VPS and Hpanel are just a nightmare. I have 10 years experience in webdesign and cant even get a FTP connection to work because their server rejects connection, taking two full days to setup a site. I do not recommend this company at all, everything is over complicated, unlogical and the documentation is old and not updated so even the docs are not right.

Though their hosting service is okay, but their customer care service is the worst ever. and Their Reward system awful. I have bought a several number of clients and my rewards were eligible for about 2 months now, they constantly reply with "I do understand your concern.I can confirm that the issue is related to our payment team. Hence, I need to report this again to the related team and make sure for them to prioritize sending the rewards of you"Literally their words are not meaningful at this moment of time for me.
