Big Rock is the third hosting company I have contracted with. I have found the features they include in their base package are “you want fries with that” add one almost everywhere else. Their customer service is vastly superior to most any CS anywhere…but definitely a highly responsive, informative crew of dedicated folks that exceed the highest standards of any other Hosting Service

So easy to use the website builder, so easy to navigate the dashboard, great customer service/support, and the free email works great too - I haven't looked back for a second since I switched to Big Rock

Cancel their hosting and they keep spamming you with emails about your sites are down and pay now etc. ... it's actually insane, even though you websites are up...They put no unsubscribe link in the emails. Written them back 4 times about unsubscribing me... Guess their answer.... We cannot do that, well you should anything else is considered illegal in Europe.

Tiwi was extremely helpful, and that's a rare thing to find in troubleshooting, trust me. 10/10
