Big Rock is the worst hosting provider I’ve ever dealt with! They suspended my domain without any prior warning because of a Spamhaus listing, without giving me a chance to investigate or fix the issue. Instead of notifying me like a professional company would, they shut down my website instantly, causing unnecessary downtime and frustration.What makes this even worse is that I was on shared hosting—meaning someone else’s actions could have triggered the issue, but Big Rock punished me for it! Just because another user on the same server gets blacklisted doesn’t mean it’s my fault. Even if they mentioned in their policy that they can take down any service without notice, it’s still unacceptable and unprofessional to not communicate with your customers before taking such drastic action.If you value your website, avoid Big Rock at all costs! They clearly don’t care about their customers and will take down your site without warning.
