Big Rock's web hosting is very good and cheap. I found there platform for wordpress development is very good. They have a very good AI based chat option that helps you in your development as well. One thing which i like about that AI will redirect chat to live employees whenever needed and it ensures no issues get unsolved. I hope they will keep supporting their clientslike these in future as well.

(On a personal note, it has always been my suspicion that very many of the negative reviews you may see online about Big Rock are fake reviews written by their competitors. That's only my opinion but I believe it to be accurate. I've been with them for years and have never once experienced the problems they describe. Quite the opposite, in fact.)*This time it was that I had noticed that my MX records change was not propagating and it turns out the vendor gave me incorrect information. Big Rock quickly gave me the correct information, which worked perfectly. It wasn't even their product that was the cause of the problem yet they fixed it. Big Rock disabled sendmail email service to all my websites without notification. I have several travel booking websites and I did not receive any requests for over a month. Luckily a client sent us an email last week stating that they submitted a request but did not receive a response. I can only think that we lost several clients because we did not receive the requests.I spent over 3 hours troubleshooting all the wordpress website contact forms only to find out that Big Rock turned off the sendmail service. wtf!Big Rock sent me 1 email Feb 12th "Hosting Sendmail service is disabled for ...." 1 website and there was no mention that it would affect the entire hosting account. Their template response was that the 1 website violated their terms and conditions. The worst part is that the website Big Rock reported as SPAM has a landing page and only 1 contact email account that is not being used. So it does not make sense that it would send out spam. I disabled the email account.Big Rock due a better job communicating that disabling sendmail will disable outgoing email for the SPAM website and ALL websites in a hosting account.
