Simplicity of HPanel, great support

I switched to Big Rock from 1&1 a year ago and have had zero issues hosting 12 different sites. I was with 1&1 for over a decade and their service kept getting more convoluted and problematic; the admin backend used to be great but turned into complete trash and customer service was terrible. Switching over was the best choice I've made.

I've tried using a hosting service twice from Big Rock, and it always gets much slower after a few months, and sometimes it takes a few minutes to get into the WordPress dashboard. But the support only says everything is ok and offers a better hosting plan, but I already have one of the best offered hosting plans.
