From day 1 when I got Big Rock the amazing customer service.So my story begins when I was in 9th grade at that time I had little money so I purchased a hostinfer plan at that time it would be something like 49$ I was learning how I can build the website I was having no idea have dns and other things each time I got problem or I was stuck I simply go to there customer service and tell them problem with screenshot and guess what they will help you from a to z no matter what.Big Rock have now upgraded to so many things I'm very happy to host all my wordpress site on Big Rock they even provide the business email which is amazing Great Team A Great success Thank you Big Rock team ?? ??

I've been using Big Rock for about 6 years now and they've been solid. Their support continues to be quick and helpful regardless of the time I request assistance. Furthermore, one big thing that's very good about them too is that their UI and available services have only improved and expanded over the years. I dislike joining new services with the constant feeling that they may be disappearing.Big Rock as of 2025 provides the feeling that they're not only here to stay but they're actively trying to do better for the customer year over year.

Big Rock is the best host, for me, with its hosting options. Easy, intuitive setup and a great customer service... After trying google, aws, azure, and a few others, development on my server is a refreshing alternative to those large, over complicated systems with about a million useless security settings that only seem to be in place to stop a person from spending time actually developing their ideas.
