Email are going to spam. I have contact with them. But they have no good idea about it. They are saying that It's my computer ip problem. But I am using other email from my computer and that's email going to inbox.Hosting service and hosting is not recommended.

They migrated the server this morning and said it will be seamless and evening my 4 websites are down and technical specialist is troubleshooting with no ticket reference number for the issue.Great process. You migrate the server and you screw up my 4 websites and the customer has to sufferUPDATED 22/03the chat person Tiwi says - there is a spike on the server so she is asking me to move which will change the IP address of the server.First Big Rock moves my all the website to a degraded server and offering me shit service and now asking me to move so i should go to cloudflare and change the ip address of all my websites???this is ridiculous

I couldn't even register with our corporate mail. Our corporate mail is unreasonably unsuitable for registration, although it was from this mail that I communicated with their support service. After about 10 letters with their chatbot, they closed the issue. The worst support service I have ever seen in my life. We will definitely choose another hosting.UPD: Just let a REAL HUMAN BEENG read our emails. Your chatbots are making things even worse.

This person at Big Rock gave me a lightning fast solution and activate my website that was linked to my previous subscription and activated it on new subscription also I did not had to rebuild my websites from scratch. Thank you.Also at first I did not understand that I was talking to chatbot and had to repeatedly tell it same thing till it transfered to actual person, finally the resolution took seconds to be implemented.
