Well, what started off as a good thing quickly fell apart as 3 days into our business' launch, my customers were texting me saying they couldn't purchase my products. Not only did I lose out on potential revenue, Big Rock's team has yet to figure out the issue. I found out the hard way that paying for peace of mind and hiring a reputable company is more important than saving a buck or two on the service. Stay away from Big Rock!

It was very refreshing to do business with a company that actually has people who are responsive to their chat function when you need help. It also has one of the most accurate bot responses, "Kodee," that I have worked with. When Kodee cannot find a solution, it immediately connects you to a person who takes over. I found Kodee to frequently be able to answer my questions appropriately and the instructions worked.
