I use them to register some of my domains. It get's job done, however, their UI sometimes is moving slow.I will use them even more if they will have an API to register/manage domains.

I had a double payment showing and another hosting payment showing on my billing. Big Rock staff, Rian, got straight into the issue and gave me all the information I needed. He found there was no double payment and the additional subscription had not been charged.They are always quick to resolve problems and answer any question with grace and proffesionalism.
