My ads do not appear, then it gets fixed, then the problem happens again.At first the clicks I received were useless and from only 2 countries and one state, which is not at all what I wanted.

I have always found the staff to be very helpful and informative whenever I have a question concerning something. They are always very concise in their responses and never leave me empty-handed. I have been using the company for a couple of years and have never experienced any problems. As far as I am concerned, there is nothing that needs to be repaired or improved. My personal rating would be 10/10.

I have been pleased with the company. When I run into questions or problems their online support has always been available to help me and typically solves my issues within a few short minutes. Yesterday I contacted support and they had me taken care of it less than 5 minutes! If it takes longer its because it's more complicated but they are trouble shooting until they get it corrected and resolved.

I switched from GoDaddy. Big Rock is 100% better. Back in the day, GoDaddy was good, but they've been nickel and diming me for a few years now. I've slowly switched over much of my business - but was thrilled when I found Big Rock. Previous, I had other server locations - but Big Rock beats them all

For those who wish to engage Big Rock, do note that their VPS is unmanaged which means they do not provide any kind of tech support even if you encounter technical difficulties.This is exacerbated by the fact that their VPS interface is subpar compared to that of AWS. Therefore, do not use their VPS unless you are an experienced system administrator and you can troubleshoot technical problems yourself.

I just started to transfer my existing VPS to Big Rock and the guiding by the Big Rock staff is excellent and absolutely competent.

Big Rock not only hosted my personal projects at a cheap price but also included many tutorial videos to help me clear away the small issues I encounter here and there. While it is not perfect, I believe it is well suited for new starters like me. 10/10 Great service.
