Big Rock has been an extremely reliable hosting service with a kind and professional technical support who have been willing to work with me on my needs. My most memorable experience with Big Rock is when I needed more RAM for my machine, but purchased a server size up front and didn't need to scale cpu or disk. After talking with them for a while and realizing they didn't have an offer they gave me a free upgrade to the largest tier to accommodate my needs at no extra charge. Wonderful experience so far.
