I've never used this or any other platform to write a bad review, as I always believe there are other solutions to resolve the issue. However, my frustration has already exploded. I bought a business plan with Big Rock and tried a few days ago to transfer my domain. I did it with the help of a very competent adviser, who reassured me that my domain would be activated after a couple of hours. And until now doesn't work. I had a deadline to migrate a website, which I already missed, furthermore I am paying every day for something which doesn't work. It's been five days since I have been nagging customer service 2-3 times a day, asking about any update. The only answers I am hearing from customer service are: that the Tech Team is working on the issue; that there is no update from the tech department; that they are overloaded with other cases; that my case is complicated, and to fix it may take a few working days... Every day something different, and the problem remains unsolved. If I had read all the negative feedback before signing the agreement with Big Rock, I would definitely not have made any deal with this host. With this feedback, I only want to warn people to think twice if the Big Rock is taking into consideration, as so far, my experience has been an absolute nightmare.

I think this is just a disadvantage of a shared hosting. Other than that, pretty good hosting provider!
