I came from a long user of Godaddy as my host, but once I started scaling my projects and doing more work for clients, I noticed that my websites were slow! Even with cache settings to its best options, still, my gt Metrix score hardly changed, a friend of mine suggested Big Rock, but I was skeptical or maybe just scared or lazy to change since I was so used to GoDaddy usability! But I made the switch to Big Rock, I got their basic shared hosting for one of my projects, and wow, I was amazed by the quality of speed of their servers, the response of the customer service! And prices! The easy-to-use design and their design is not as cluttered as it was in GoDaddy, and there are no annoying upscale emails or calls that I was getting with GoDaddy! ( not hating on go daddy, just comparing ) soon after, all my projects were shifted and moved into Big Rock platform! 10/10 to their customer service! They answer within 5 minutes if I have any issues!

Big Rock has the best hosting panel, great performance even on cheap plans, and great customer service. I've never had any problems with them and I've been a customer for 4 years.

I have used different hostings before moving onto Big Rock for their price. I regret doing that now. One of the worst support. First, we can't get immediate support on their online chat. Every time we tried to get support, they replied after a long time and in some cases more than an hour. Now, they have a system where they get our queries on the chat and say that they will send a reply in an email within 10 mins, but that doesn't come. Stay Away!

Worst ever service I have come across so far in my life..no customer care no. at all ,only you can chat with them with some sleeping guys at the other end only to tell you that wait for 7 -10 days for your solution or receive emails from their side but all fraud and misguide from them..They should be thrown out of India immediately..Once they receive money in their account they will never entertain you and ask you to wait indefinitely....just kick them out.Oonchi dukan aur pheeka pakwan.Rather very worst pakwan.I have purchased a Domain(Domain comes free) and Hosting from Big Rock on 5th Jan.2023 and by mistake I put a wrong email during registration to which I no longer have access....Since then I have been in regular touch with them via live chat on their site(mind you they dont allow their customers to contact them by any other means) and every time they conveyed me that the matter is forwarded to the "Account restore team" and they will contact me via my new/corrected email which is already registered with them but to no success....Only bluff and lies on their part.Their Account Recovery Team consist of blunder people altogether. They dont even bother to provide their customers with a courtesy email....The time which they gave for reply has surpassed and I have got no email from their Account Recovery Team so far....Very disgusting....Worst ever customer care service on the planet I have come across so far.My account with Big Rock is connected with this phone no. 8810566047 now and they are not responding to me at all.
