Hosting support was fantastic. They are always there to help and the wait times are short (I have never waited more than 10 minutes). When you buy hosting you rarely think that you are actually buying hosting support. But without it, hosting is a nightmare. for me Big Rock support answers the question "which hoster?"

At first I found it so difficult understanding how to setup my business email with Titan, but Maria rescued me and gave me instant professional advice, basically resolving all my frustrating issues, just when I was about to give up, she patiently walked me through the processes, step by step, she explained things easier for me to understand, she is so amazing and patient with me, actually this is my very first domain/website ever, setting up this website for my new business adventure will be a great personal achievement, because I am more of a hands on person, only 5mins before signing up with Big Rock I tried signing a new account with Namecheap, wow that was a big mistake, unfortunately I was locked out for 24hrs even before I tried setting up my account, the system said I put the wrong password in three times lol ??, I swear my password was completely correct, anyway no turning back, moving forward, then I found you guys, I am so glad I did.
