I been using Namecheap and i thought it couldn't get better.. Oh Boy! Big Rock Slays

I got really fast response after asking something about email limits.Someone named Jerome was able to help me quickly, and I have no further questions for the time being. The support was amazing!

I just want to say, "Wow!" The customer service is highly professional, and patient, they are always there to help me. And they answer really quickly.

It took me a bit to find the chat link, but once I did I was able to get assistance with email and with my domains. I am still working on the domain issues, but email is working again! I really appreciate the help!

Big Rock is cost effective hosting service with a very comprehensive configuration tool, hPanel, that makes it easy to carry out most tasks, eg: LetsEncrypt, ssh, application installations etc. Plenty of online help available. I can’t speak to the support because I have never had to contact them - unlike my previous service, where I needed help regularly for things that weren’t provided.

I don't recommend!!! you buy a domain and you can't use it!!! only if you buy a website from them!!!

2 hours of downtime of all sites, and still not working and is 2nd time this month when it happens to all my online stores on Big Rock. Never happened before in years no matter what bad hosting providers i've had. And top of all, they are cheating customers with backup options which are not included even there are advertised as included.

Big Rock has the best support team in the business. My problems are always solved speedily and with a smile. Thank you.

Today I had a time-out error, and my website was down.The service team responded quickly and explained the problem, and told me they will restore the service soonest possible. And really within 2 hours all was normal again ! The Service and technical service is great.

I am using Big Rock hosting service for a long time and it is my opinion this is the brilliant & best service for all the people who want to make their own business dream successful. Just take Big Rock service and focus on the rest of the things don't take your hosting stress to suffer your work.

I think I don't have to write about their features and technology because it's the best among all in this industry be it anything the ease of migration or anything...but I would like to highlight one thing and that's their customer service omg it's the best in the world I would say whenever you have any trouble just talk to live chat specialist and they don't just provide the solution they themselves will solve it for you...you just have to tell them and it's resolved they also help you and guide if it's something about any 3rd party service also they guide for that also...I always suggest everyone looking for hosting service to choose Big Rock..if there any awards for best customer service pls give it to them??
