This is the worst Big Rock company in the world. Let me tell you the truth about Big Rock. This company has paid lots of people out there through affiliate marketing to say they are the best but it's not through. Any company that ignores their customers can't never be the best. I am a web designer and I have recommended many of my clients to Big Rock without affiliate marketing because I was deceived. But I regret that today. Big Rock doesn't care about their clients, they have the worst Customer support. In fact you are not their priority. I lost my login access, I wrote to Big Rock many days no answer and they do this deliberately. Which kind of hosting company can do that? Please don't be deceived by their low prices. It's a trap! As soon as you make payments, you are on your own, especially if you are a beginner. Don't be deceived

Had some questions that needs to be addressed. Service agent, Safitri, cleared my doubts. Answers that she provided are clear and concise. Her replies were very prompt. As I juggling more than a single task and couldn't answer immediately, she was still responsive and provided alternative for other means of communication. Big Rock has provided a very useful guide on how my concerns should be addresed
