I've been using Big Rock for a few months now, and overall, I would give them a 3/5 rating. On the positive side, their pricing is very affordable, and their basic hosting plan offers a good set of features for the price. Their customer support is also quite responsive and helpful, and I appreciated their live chat option, which allowed me to get help quickly.However, I did run into some issues with their service that prevented me from giving them a higher rating. First of all, their uptime is not as reliable as I would have liked. I noticed several instances where my website was down for a few minutes at a time, which impacted my visitors' ability to access my site.Secondly, their user interface can be a bit confusing and overwhelming, especially for someone who is new to website hosting. The navigation could be improved, and I found it difficult to locate certain settings and features that I needed to use.Overall, I think Big Rock is a decent option for those on a budget, but there are definitely some areas where they could improve their service to provide a better experience for their users.

My experience with Big Rock is being a horror, 8 days ago I wait for a response from the technical support team that tells me "In 8 hours they will answer you" the team is not very serious and professional. After 8 days of waiting they told me "It may take much longer" MUCH LONGER, it is not even an estimate of time. and the service was paid for in advance for a full year

I like how the system worked seamlessly with and supports other web editing platforms! It also made installing an ssl certificate a breeze, at least for me! I also enjoy the security that this gives my current and future clients!

My website was down due to a DDOS attack. But an Big Rock engineer named Jordan succesfully stopped this attack and secured my domain allowing me to not spend more money in VPS migration.My website is alive!!! Many thanks to Jordan and the best wishes for him. GOD bless Jordan.
