I had to transfer several websites from an my old hosting provider due to the fact that they were stopping my plan and their substitute was too expensive. I found Big Rock and decided to go for it. Went for a 2 year contract. The transfer of my sites was extremely easy - they would do it for me but I've decided to do it myself - just one zip file upload and everything work perfectly. Emails were set up without any issues.Today, I had a problem with emails - I contacted them, Sunday, bank holiday weekend in the UK, and chatting with them they investigated the issue and did not give up until the problem was sorted. They were extremely polite and efficient.
