Server very slow. Bad GTMetrix score. I had a fresh install of WP with a theme install and 6 producsts on a previous server with A scores and I wanted to try Big Rock performance. Turned out with D & C scores. 6s loading time....for the same website!Installed LiteSpeed Cache plugin, it was a bit better we had a B and 4.2s loading time. Still no A though.Do not waste your time.I went to DigitalOcean and WOW! Guys, im telling you its wayyyyy better. Even a better score than my first one. A score but a loading time of 876ms !!!!!DIGITALOCEAN FTW !!!

I feel very greatful to be in Big Rock. The customer services are great. If I could done a sugest would be the prices for old clients. Unfortnuly the prices is unproporcional comparing to new clients. I would like to renovate my host site but the anual price is kind of expencive.

I would not recommend Big Rock to my worst enemy. The user experience and step-by-step setup of domains and the Wordpress site is terrible. I had to contact support to configure the domain. Only then, I was able to perform the DNS pointing.
