I contracted Big Rock less than three weeks ago and they can’t yet get my website online after the "free migration service", At the first failed migration was OK, I contacted them and they fixed the issue very kindly and I give them even a good review. However, now I am editing my previous review because my website still offline. They are not capable to fix it yet and during all those days I am dealing to save my website, while every time I get back to them, they are less responsive and "passing me the ball" to fix it myself or trying to make me responsible through answering Yes or Not to a new attempt -from their part- to remigrate the website for third time! I am afraid to say Yes ("I authorize" it almost) because I have the feeling if something goes wrong again they will blame me.I am so sorry and disappointed for choosing them. Hopefully I recover my website.... Couple of days after... They unsuccessfully migrated my site for 3rd time and I got an email with the following:"Hello again.Based on your description, it appears that the issue is related to error 404The solution requires file editing/code changes, which is Website development. There are a couple of options you can do to fix the issue:Try to fix the issue yourself using our guides below:How to recreate permalinks on WordPress?For a fair price of $20 + applicable taxes, our technical team professionals can take care of your website's issue.Let me know how it goes for you and if you'd like to go with the second solution."I did the payment because I don’t have the knowledge to fixing it myself. However, it will take up to 7 more days for my website to be online again, according to Big Rock. ... What a pain!

I am not familiar with all these platforms for creating and hosting our websites. I ended up with Big Rock after Namesco and IONOS. By far the worst experience both for the services provided AND FOR the customer service goes to IONOS and then to Namesco. these two companies were selling me services I didn't need and the customer service was there to take more money from me. I am more than happy I have chosen Big Rock. I bought a service that I didn't need ( as I said I am not familiar with the field as many of us aren't ) and the customer service was instantly there for me - respecting my time and money and fixing EVERYTHING for me, explaining to me everything I needed to know - and refunding me!!! They didn't try to make me even more confused- they didn't let me wait for HOURS on my phone - they didn't try to get more money from me. I am amazed - thank you is the least I can say! EASILY AND WELL-DESERVED 5 BIG STARS.
