I am still a newbie building my website, so I call them like every minute and they answer me. once I had to pay for a service, after they hosted my site, coming from Africa, I paid worked had to pay for that service but once I had issues with it again, I didn't have to pay 'cos I've paid for it once.In a nutshell, their services are good for hosting a newbie, their hosting is fast and affordable, and the best part is their customer service is very helpful and timely.Thanks.

I was stumped on how to change an element of my website and chat support was available even though it was after 7PM CST. The rep provided screenshots of my actual website and asked clarifying questions to make sure he understood what I needed and how to help me. Big Rock has a great user interface and great deals on domains, hosting, etc. I recently got to see how the AI web builder works. I was skeptical at first, but I'll admit I was impressed! It gave me a really good start on layout and key words that I can flesh out for myself. Definitely saved me a lot of time. The logo maker was disappointing though. When I told it to find an icon related to "writing," it came back with shapes that looked like leaves! I tried twice which cost two credits. I didn't want to waste credits trying to coax the AI to do something as basic as generate a pencil or pen. Since the icons (images) were so off base, I ended up getting a nice, but simple text only logo instead.Also there needs to be an explanation of how the logo maker and credits work. You get 2 credits when you buy a package. The system randomly generates a few logos based on your business name. If you don't like them, you have to use another credit to try again. You can't ask it to tweak (change) what it generated. You have to just roll the dice again.Other than the logo maker everything with them has been great. I've been using Big Rock about two years. They don't spam me and they remind me well ahead of time about plan renewals.

Getting contact to customer support is tricky. No telephone support. Very basic webpage building possibilities. Paying with services like Sofort result in unfulfilling payment processes and multiple payments.

I'm new to Big Rock. I took advantage of their black Friday upgrade but muddled through and made the mistake of creating a 2nd account instead. Now I have an account that I no longer want or need for the next few years living alongside a new account. I'm not a web developer or programmer but I am ok with tech. Still, I was lost in the interface and did my best to suck it up and wade through the mess I'd made with needing to transfer sites to my new account. I reached out through chat for help. I got a lot of generous help from Simonas. Thank you Simonas. His shift ended. I was passed onto Mantas who offered no help, only links and a fee to solve my problems. I asked for Simonas back, I was passed onto Fikri. Fikri picked up where Simonas left off with excellent help.The mess I created with my sites and account happened because I got lost on the Big Rock site between choices. The solution required creating sites, deleting sites, managing back end files and databases, and renaming backup folders, as well as resetting a password for an individual site. I was given links to follow that contained more links, and even then some steps that I was guided through weren't in the linked help.I'd like to give a higher rating for the fantastic help that 2 out of 3 people provided, but it was more than that. The resources aren't customer friendly meaning that not all help pages are helpful.
