I don't understand almost anything about technology and the process was being very complex. I wanted to give up, but Mauricio reassured me, guided me calmly and patiently and we managed to solve the problem.

The customer service chat is giving immediate reply. Also, the problem is resolved. I knew that I accidentally something and deleted something of the domain, but they managed to help me check everything and take that tiny little thing out when I didn't even notice. Not just that, when I ask additional questions like how to create subdomains in the updated hpanel, they give me a very long message that is helpful with details.
