The Customer Success Team Rocks!I contacted Customer Success Team and gave them the required info and had my website changed to the correct domain name then i get a refund for a forgotten scheduled paiement on my bad. Noureddine was the customer service rep. Once connected, he had everything handled within 10 minutes. Fast and Efficient, he also give me some advice and info that i didnt know i even nedeed =)

1) Indah & Emily are somehow even more courteous, AND faster in solving problems, than the previous 8 people at Big Rock who've already demonstrated bizarre excellence for a host that's not outrageously expensive. Big Rock now routinely outperforms.2) We have 24 hosting accounts w 15 providers. Tho' it's long seemed that complimenting a webhost is the fastest way to make it jump the shark, Big Rock's still kicking tail over more-expensive competitors. Some issues show company's not perfect either, BUT, it must be said that ?????? ???????????? ?????????????????? ?????? ???????????? ???????????????? ???? ?????? ???? ??????, and almost always in just a few heartbeats. :-).Our crew DOES highly recommend Big Rock for hosting your websites

Good hosting which I have ever seen , but costly

I was having a issue with my website. Malware was inserted and i lost the access to the website. But amazing customer care service was provided by Big Rock's CCS employee 'Sasa'. Malware was removed and i got the access of the website after restoring it to a previous backup.

I like this service, because I heve a great support. I'm so happy about this team.

this hosting is sucks! many RTO and blame customer. and now site down full RTO cannot access.. and the service just say waiting technical. until 15 hours still no email reply or something at all. this hosting is sucks. better use digital ocean or linode! service also slow like s h i t. they dont care your site is down or not. very disapointed with this stupid hosting!
