The worse ever. For 6 days now Big Rock get hold of my intellectual property without giving me access to any of my 17 websites including our company clients' website. Nor our developer can get any access. And for 6 days we trying to ask to fix the problem or help in any way and all we can hear that "we are working on it" Guys its a nightmare and now we open 3 court cases against then including 1 through ICANN.
