Big Rock is a scam. They offer hosting for 100 websites on their plans yet they don't disclose to you the I/O is 1024KB/s on their plans. How can you host 100 websites with 1024KB/s I/O? Not transparent enough. Also, their hosting has severe downtimes, not seconds, minutes, or hours of downtime. They have downtime in days. I always have to check if my websites are online or off because my clients have reported on several occasions their websites are offline.

Big Rock is an affordable platform and good service as well. As a new blogger, I found it easy to start.

However, living in Egypt I have problems with payment, because of currency restrictions. Big Rock is really good, probably the best hosting I've ever used. My only complaint is the hPanel/the account backend. It is awful trying to find the things I need. I find the UI confusing and I have to hunt around to find where to go to achieve simple tasks.I host with multiple hosting companies and most are simple to use, but because I am not regularly using hPanel if forget where things are.

Scammers and liars, stole my money for a VPS service that never functions the way promised. Customer support is useless. I actually cannot believe how much they failed to help me.
