If you crave really terrible customer service than Big Rock are hard to beat.Migrated over from Siteground, and two days in and already regretting the decision.Had issues with migrating a Wordpress based site, that expired at Siteground during migration. Asked Big Rock beforehand what files were needed, and if the cut-off date would affect, was assured they would not.Lo and behold they have not ported the site over and now Ive lost access to the Siteground file area. Big Rock insisting its not their fault and not helping recover files. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Been using them for hosting for several years now and I'm blown away at the resources they provide and the amount of support they offer even if you're not paying them or paying them very little for one of their services. I'm now purchasing most of my newer domains from them from now on as well. (Sorry NameCheap). I'd rather just keep everything under one roof.
