I was all set to transfer our website to Big Rock and then discovered this company is boycotting ordinary Russian citizens. I also noticed that Big Rock's offers were getting more expensive the closer I came to the checkout. This is clearly a morally confused company, therefore I went elsewhere.UPDATE: Big Rock is a web hosting company, so I don’t expect it to understand international geopolitics. It’s shocking that it thinks it does! Excluding potential customers - and an entire country of ordinary citizens - because of what Big Rock defines as their government’s “aggression” is hypocritical. Unless, of course, Big Rock stop accepting payments from citizens in ALL countries that exhibit aggression towards another country. I watch with interest to see how Big Rock responds to the aggression from Western countries towards and around the Gaza Strip. Maybe it’s best for companies not to force their political views - especially if they are ill-informed - on customers and not to opportunistically jump on issues that they presumably think will provide advantageous “virtuous” marketing opportunities.

I don't like how Big Rock doing business.You can see up to today, 5 Jan 2024, there is still cashback offer on Topcashback.I purchased a plan via Topcashback, and the cashback did not show up. Then I raised a claim after 7 days as it is a mandate of Topcashback.Big Rock did not respond, until after 30 days I made the purchase, and rejected the cashback, and I am not able to get refund because it passed 30 days period. I did not configure the site and did not use any services yet. Seems to me they purposely reply after 30 days.Shame on how they cheat people using the cashback offer, and it still active on Topcashback.

I'm 60 years old, and by no means a computer genius, but I needed to set up a new website and Big Rock's great prices (and outstanding reviews) caught my eye.Setting up the professional looking website was super easy and I loved the control I had with importing my own materials (pics/text) while utilizing their AI and other aids.

The customer support folks at Big Rock are super helpful, really know their stuff, and do not hesitate to escalate an issue if it is beyond their authority. Plus, they are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and you can't beat that.

quickly connect to help, normally when you go to help, they connect you to many people in queue and then someone start listening to actual problem but i noticed the first connect to help was listening to my problem before send me to another agent. plus the first person solved the problem immediately

I just had a chat with Shaskia in customer services. Great help, not to mention her very kind word for the new year. I have had websites with over 5 hosting providers but Big Rock is in a different category. Not only is it excellent, it is actually fun to work with their panel and a huge time saver. What is also amazing is that they are always adding new services. These people are not bored with their work, it is obvious.
