After waking up this morning and seeing my site was suspended, i asked Big Rock why they have suspended a site that's only using a default WordPress theme, they said it could be because i have not updated all the plugins or have outdated themes, or it could be malware a list of things that it could be and in my opinion should not warrant your site being taken down. Some people like to use older plugin versions, as the newer ones may mess their site up for what ever reason. So i can no longer trust Big Rock with my websites. They don't tell you what the problem is and if like me, you're not that good at coding, Then you're left with a dead site.

One of the Good and excellent platforms for beginners Their 24/7 support is so nice they work well and solve your issue within a few minutes that will be a great help for beginners i started using it in 2021 and going so far a good experience. I have been a loyal customer of Big Rock for a considerable period, but I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with recent experiences, particularly concerning customer support and billing practices.In early April, I purchased a domain but decided to cancel it within 24 hours due to a change in plans for my project. Unfortunately, I was charged twice for the same domain. Upon noticing the error, I immediately contacted your support team to request a refund.Initially, it seemed that the issue was resolved, as I was informed that a reimbursement had been processed. However, it became apparent that only the duplicate charge was refunded, and not the entire cost of the domain as I had requested.Moreover, two weeks later, I discovered that the domain was still active under my account, and despite my repeated requests, the full refund has not been processed. This oversight has not only caused financial inconvenience but also eroded my trust in Big Rock's billing practices.
