great for hosting at chipest prices ever , but it has huge problem when you use thair AI website builder and invest alot of time on custimize your website , then latter you discover that you cant export that website nor trasfer it , they force you to delete it and rebuild from zero , very terrible experince , they must warning the costumers before they fall in that hole.

Versatile easy to use great price

HostingRaja used to be good, but now they put AI to provide support, and if you beg for human support, the AI will redirect you to a clueless agent that is even worse than the AI, copying and pasting templates, and lying. I needed help with migrating a site and they just wasted 2 hours of my life in chats and emails begging for help. They need to fix their stuff.

I was going to join them but seeing all the complaints about them froth the month of jan 2025 dose not look like a good choice with bot customer service not for me and I know how hard it to get good custom service with web hosting.

She lied to me! I waited for an entire week for the service to get upgraded, only to find that she didn't do any settings at all!How unprofessional!!!

I have used super terrible hosts such as Hostgator, and HostingRaja is THE WORST! Their platform has misleading content to make you believe you're getting something when you upgrade, and you don't. They do everything they can to get your money, and then if you do anything, such as a chargeback to try and recover wasted money, they will completely lock everything and come after you. I ordered VPS solutions and they never worked, HostingRaja wouldn't refund me. I use cloud hosting plans that boast 300 websites! I can barely get 60 to function correctly so I have multiple plans in use so that we don't exceed the resource limit and get yelled at. Then they randomly decide to change servers all the time and cause downtime, sometimes changing IP WITHOUT even notifying us. So all our websites go down, and then we have to figure out that they changed the IP, and then go through and manually change each website IP. The security is a screen door. It's a miracle that any of our websites work at all. We are moving everything elsewhere ASAP. It just took me over an hour to upgrade a plan because I was told my SINGLE website on a plan built for 200 websites didn't have enough resources and upgrading to the next plan would solve it. I can't upgrade myself and have to contact support. They tell me it'll take 24-72 hours, I start swearing and they magically find someone available to fix it, then they upgraded it without my permission or telling me what I was about to be charged, then IT DIDN"T EVEN SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I have never used a bigger scam in my life. Avoid HostingRaja at ALL costs.

HostingRaja repeatedly shows a 504 error. After contacting support, they assured it was fixed, yet the error persists. Update: This problem is NOT resolved! After couple weeks I received again error "504 Gateway Timeout". I can't keep my business on this hosting!

Overall maintainance and helping

Payed and switched to the monthly website plan instead of the current yearly, and it apparently had technical glitches, so the site was suspended for a period of time. When I found out I contacted support 5 times, with the same issue, and they still haven't found a solution.Mind you they don't give refund, nor do they extend an extra month, due to their own technical glitch.They haven't responded to emails either.I'm going back to godaddy, where the service was fantastic, and you dont have to contact the help team 5 times!Absolutely unprofessional!

HostingRaja has technical help on Saturday. That's necessary help. I was trying to get access to my email so that I could set up two-factor authentication so that the DKIM records cannot get changed, but to set that up I had to have access to my email for a code that was emailed. Help on a weekend is sometimes hard to get. So that's nice I could get help. However, recovery of my email (which had incorrect DKIM records) may take up to 24 hours, so that's the down side. I guess it can't be helped.

honestly wouldn't even give a star if I didnt have to... 5 hours of setup and followed every one of their modpack install wikis and not one of them worked. Used their Kodee chat bot and it was useless. Asked to speak to customer service, the bot informed me someone would reach out and now has stopped answering any questions. I am now just stuck waiting after their horrendous service cost me 5 hours of time and too much money. Once I finally get through to an actual person (I hope at least) he says hello introduces himself then ignores all of my messages.
