I am writing this review to make overs wear, I purchase a hosting and domain with HostingRaja three months ago only last week i check my website and it was down HostingRaja had suspended my domain they want to document to prove the legitimacy of my website, I am unable to provide this and i requested a full refund they have refused to refund my payment because it has expiered the 30-day money back .If i don't receive a full refund i will raise a chargeback with my bank !Are you going to refund my domain & hosting or do i need to raise a dispute with my bank ?

I renewed my domain with HostingRaja, and the payment was immediately charged to my card. However, your system still shows it as unpaid, and my service has not been renewed.What kind of nonsense is this? You take my money but provide nothing in return!My bank has confirmed that the payment was successfully processed to HostingRaja.HostingRaja even sent me a receipt and confirmation email for the transaction.Yet, your customer service is an absolute disaster! They keep giving the same generic responses, completely incapable of actually solving anything!This is blatant customer exploitation! Taking people’s money and not delivering the service—what kind of business practice is this? If this is a mistake, why are you being so careless? If this is intentional, then it’s outright fraud!If you don’t IMMEDIATELY fix this, I will escalate this issue everywhere. I will also take legal action to get my money back. HostingRaja is acting like a company that has zero reliability and absolutely no respect for its customers.Either provide the service I paid for or refund my money! Otherwise, I’m ready to take this matter even further.

We chose HostingRaja based on its high ratings, so we decided to migrate a few accounts. However, we quickly ran into issues. After migrating, we couldn’t access the HostingRaja account because they don’t set up email automatically with a temporary password, unlike our previous providers. This left us without email for 48 hours. As for their 24/7 support? Useless, with a chatbox that wasn’t much help.Once we regained access, we encountered another problem: we couldn’t send emails from our iPhones. It turns out we needed to configure MX records—something we had never dealt with before. Now, three days later, we still can't send or reply to emails, which has left us unable to communicate with our customers. Clearly, we’ll be canceling our account and moving elsewhere.

I have 5 different web sites. I started one with HostingRaja several years ago and would never deal with them again. As soon as I started to work on the site, I immediately created another site on another hosting platform. These people make it much too hard and frustrating to do simple things like recover a password. I can only imagine doing complicated things with them.

Bad, when hosting a laravel application, when running commands are not accepted. Asking to change the php version even though it is the correct version. No minimum autonomy for hosting. Values ??above the average do not comprise the 10-year plan. Bad experience, I'm even migrating to another host where paying for a server is more affordable, I have full control and the resources are better.They responded without the right to reply, and I had to explain everything to a new agent. The support is already bad. Not to mention that I followed as informed, when I did a simple "npm run build, npm run dev" it returns "npm: command not found" and I need npm to put my laravel application online. They're really bad.

HostingRaja is not in the business of selling hosting, no it is in the business of selling lies, and lies, and lies, and lies, and more lies etc...From the first day of use there were problems, mostly created by internal choice of HostingRaja, and it has been a headache to get anything to work ever since.Instead of customer support to provide an AI bot that is way too dumb to even deserve the I... but when you finally get transferred to a human it usually does not solve anything either.If you can use a different computer, move to a different country, switch internet providers, all they do is place the problem, that is created by HostingRaja, outside of themselves and ending conversations with:"Let me know if you need anything else about the hosting itself."So you're left alone to solve a problem that HostingRaja created and only HostingRaja can solve, but they simply refuse to do anything... after their customer support refusal they start ignoring you...Long story short, HostingRaja is A SCAM. DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY since you will not get what you paid for.Update: This kind of responses is exactly why they’re selling a scam. HostingRaja chooses to block almost all Surfshark VPN ip’s, refuses to solve anything or be honest and then come up with some b*llshit story so they won’t have to take responsibility for their choices.

I have never been this frustrated with a hosting provider in my life. HostingRaja just suspended my entire hosting account because of a domain that isn’t even pointed to their servers and isn’t even owned by me anymore!Here’s what happened: When I originally bought my hosting plan, I listed a domain (thestylesavvy.com) that was in my control at the time. Later, that domain expired, and someone else purchased it. I had completely forgotten about it, and since it was not hosted on HostingRaja, I never removed it from my hosting account.Now, out of nowhere, HostingRaja suspended my entire hosting plan because their system flagged that domain for phishing—even though it’s hosted elsewhere! How does it make any sense to suspend my whole account for a domain that is no longer mine and isn’t even using their servers?To make matters worse, their customer support is useless. Instead of fixing this obvious mistake, they told me they need 5 business days to “investigate” the issue. Investigate what exactly? The domain is publicly visible, and anyone can see that it’s not pointed to HostingRaja. It should take 5 minutes, not 5 days, to confirm this.This is beyond ridiculous. I have urgent business websites hosted with them, and because of their poor policies and lack of common sense, my entire hosting account is suspended, affecting my live websites. I even suggested the most logical solution—simply remove the flagged domain from my account and unsuspend my hosting—but they refuse to act quickly.I regret ever choosing HostingRaja, and I’ll never use their services again. If you care about your business, stay far away from them. Their system is broken, their policies make no sense, and their customer support is the worst I’ve ever dealt with.HostingRaja, fix this now!

I did not receive an email reminder about my renewal. I should have received a reminder at least a day before the payment was processed. The next day, they refunded my payment, but all the time I spent chatting and emailing HostingRaja’s support was completely wasted. A single email reminder could have saved me from all this hassle.

What a strange company. To save money on traffic, they block users who have a VPN (which is *many* people like over 20% of people!), or specifically sometimes VPN users get really nasty multi-step captchas that take forever (7 rounds of "click the traffic light" anyone?) or they even don't show anything, making it look like your website is broken. Support first lied to me and said that's impossible, and after wasting time to prove it to them, they said nothing can be done.Ready to lose 20% of your visitors (except for those really persistant ones)?? I renewed because I'm selling this website and can't be bothered. When renewing 3 weeks before the end of my current contract, they started the new period on the day of renewal, not at the end of the first period, i.e. they stole 3 weeks of membership from me.Support is again like "too bad for you".
