Cancel their hosting and they keep spamming you with emails about your sites are down and pay now etc. ... it's actually insane, even though you websites are up...They put no unsubscribe link in the emails. Written them back 4 times about unsubscribing me... Guess their answer.... We cannot do that, well you should anything else is considered illegal in Europe.

They limit your CPU to 5% immediately after hitting 100% then act like it's your fault that your server is still at 100% when they're stealing 95%.

HostingRaja is the worst hosting provider I’ve ever dealt with! They suspended my domain without any prior warning because of a Spamhaus listing, without giving me a chance to investigate or fix the issue. Instead of notifying me like a professional company would, they shut down my website instantly, causing unnecessary downtime and frustration.What makes this even worse is that I was on shared hosting—meaning someone else’s actions could have triggered the issue, but HostingRaja punished me for it! Just because another user on the same server gets blacklisted doesn’t mean it’s my fault. Even if they mentioned in their policy that they can take down any service without notice, it’s still unacceptable and unprofessional to not communicate with your customers before taking such drastic action.If you value your website, avoid HostingRaja at all costs! They clearly don’t care about their customers and will take down your site without warning. the worst provider i ever seen if i purchase the domain that will suspend with in two days even i didn't host the website or not pointed to other servers but my domains are suspended. worst customer support if i get a ticket and ask them to give me the exact reason and logs they reply after one day what if i have a more than 10 clients and if any problem happen how can i manage the client? best to move another provider

They dont give refunds in a a few hours of charge if someone forgot to turn off auto renew. They say its their policy and its a fraud policy. Theifs

I am very tired of HostingRaja. Every time I want to buy a domain, my payments all fail. I contacted their support, but they wasted 1.5 hours of mine and then ignored me completely. terrible customer service. I will not reniew my subscription. Yes, I was able to buy some domains after spending 2h, but after every payment, I had to try again and again for the next payment, and this problem still persists.

So if you can talk to a person, the customer service is great. However since the kodee bot has been brought in the experience has become awful and long winded. I have only had terrible experiences with their help bot. This is the second time I have needed help for a complex situation and I have had to waste around 15 minutes each time trying to get past the bot to speak to a human. The bot just kept repeating the wrong answer to my question, totally missing the point and would not send me forward to a human. This has happened twice now. I have used HostingRaja for around 10 years to host many sites and domains. I am now looking to move to a service where I don't waste time arguing with an undertrained bot.

this is honest review , useless customer support by HostingRaja , they are active but will reply after 15-20 mins and they are not proffessional , and never buy business mail from HostingRaja , they will suspand your mail business without any reason , system false detecting , dont recommended to use any service from HostingRaja

I've used their service for about a year, and it has been far from smooth sailing. At first, I thought the issues were on my end—maybe I wasn’t setting things up correctly, or perhaps my websites were too heavy. However, even with properly configured caching plugins, performance remained poor. Anything beyond simple static pages was nearly impossible to host on their shared hosting plan.The limitations only became clear when I finally decided to go through the trouble of switching. I set up my own VPS for just a couple of pounds more than what I was paying at HostingRaja, and the difference was night and day. Yes, a VPS requires more hands-on configuration, but it’s far better than dealing with a service that simply doesn’t work for my needs.My recommendation? If you're considering shared hosting—don’t bother. It’s just not worth it.

They have a really nice and supportive customer support. Although the AI chatbots are helpful but you can also find someone to talk to you and solve your issues.

However, without conducting a thorough review, your team denied the reinstatement of our hosting package. This approach to service provision is unacceptable. If additional company documents are required, it is imperative that you communicate this to us. Instead, we received a notification stating that you would neither unsuspend our hosting nor provide backups, without any justification. We are currently experiencing significant distress from several clients due to their websites being down for the past five days. It is essential that you offer a viable solution to this issue. You must either reinstate our hosting or supply a backup, as we have fulfilled our payment obligations for your services.

I paid 959.75 usd for 2 years of fee for Cpanel services, I used it for few hours then I decided not to use it but seller is saying he will not refund .. Seller is trying to deceive us, Sellers refund policy is vague, Seller did not mention at all that Cpanel services fees are not refund during checkout process. Its not even mentioned in its refund policy. At the checkout there was not any option to select lesser date, I was given only one option to buy 2 years .. If I do not like then they will keep money for whole 2 years. This is Deceiving. Seller said that they paid the money to Cpanel.com but Cpanel.com has 72 hour refund policy no question asked refund policy. Very disappointed.

I regret of being a paid member. As a member of HostingRaja, my websites became slower and slower. I decided to buy the most expensive package to upgrade website speed. Still, it took about 15 seconds after I upgraded to package to load a website. My IT-team showed me a 100% copy of my websites on their own server and the website speed increased from 15 seconds up to 2 seconds max. I contacted HostingRaja multiple times, and they were telling me that the location doesn't matter at all because of CDN. I invested a lot of time and money to find out the real problem. When I talked again to someone from HostingRaja they admit that the current server, was under performing and that they need to move my websites to another server. About one year earlier before that, they promised me that when there is space available in Singapore, that they would move my website to Singapore. I never received any message, and today they told me that they were again full.The websites have been slow for a very long time (missing income), I spend a lot of time, money and energy to do some research about the problem, and finally after I updated my package (which was maybe not needed), they told me that it is because the current server in the USA (while I live in Vietnam), is underperforming. I regret about being a paid member.
